Earth Signs from Above Is an inventory of these strange manifestations, and an investigation that excludes no hypothesis, be it scientific, mystical, or social. Our characters were chosen for their charisma and their passion devoted to these enigmas. Throughout 3 episodes we contemplate these enigmatic marks as they should be seen: from the sky, with spectacular footage taken for the first time with the help of camera drones. Are they mystical or extraterrestrial signs, ancient geological events, or marks due to weather conditions? Or could they be simple works of art or even hoaxes? [edit] Crop Circles A Modern Mystery

Each year, for more than half a century, mysterious and gigantic traces appear overnight in the farmers’ fields. In English they are called Crop Circles, in French they are called agroglyphs or culture circles. While the majority of these phenomena take place in England, near the mythical site of Stonehenge, we also find them in Australia, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the United States and Canada. This documentary is an investigation into the mysterious phenomenon of Crop Circles, with exclusive images captured by our crews, and fantastic aerial views that reveal all the beauty of these agroglyphs.

The erection of monumental stones exists in many cultures around the world. But it is on the French Atlantic coast and in the United Kingdom that we find the most spectacular and ancient forms. Theories abound on the origin and significance of these stone giants. Surrounded by mysteries and legends, the megaliths attract scientists, artists, adventurers and enthusiasts from all walks of life.
Are they the work of sorcerers or giants, or are they the manifestation of supernatural forces or extraterrestrial presence, as some think? Are they simply an illustration of a critical turning point in the history of humanity and the birth of our modern culture? Whatever the theory, they always ask the same questions: who erected these monumental blocks? When? How? And why?

[edit] The Enigma of Geoglyphs

In many places on our planet, men and women have left behind mysterious traces of impressive proportions: geoglyphs. The majority of these drawings have been erased by time, but some have crossed history to reach us. And if no one knows the names of their authors, they are all surrounded by mysteries and legends.
From the enigmatic Nazca lines in Peru to the great figures of the English countryside, we seek to uncover their secrets and decipher these symbols from another time. What drove these peoples to embark in the design of these huge figures? Why leave in the ground these messages that would cross the millennia?
