[edit] Information
Baz Ashmawy visits Dingle in the aftermath of the Dingle Dolphin's disappearance. A peninsula, almost in mourning for the sudden loss of their companion and friend for almost four decades, regale the magic and the mystery of the cheeky solitary wild Dolphin who made Dingle Bay his home for 37 years. Baz is enchanted by the fun and frolick stories of the superstar that did things just his own way – as many a Kerryman before him. He arrived as mysteriously as he disappeared and has left 37 years of memories. For Fungie gave so much to this West Kerry spot – and now it is time for Dingle to give him a much-deserved farewell (for now). The sound of the ocean has called the Fungie back to the wild.
